Dimitris Thomopoulos is the Acting Head of the Economic & Commercial Affairs (ECA) Office in Dubai of the Embassy of Greece in the UAE since August 2021. Prior to that, he served 4 years in the ECA Office in Beijing (2010-2014) and 5 years in the ECA Office in London (2014-2019). He also served 1 year at the B1 Directorate for Strategic Planning (2009-2010) and 2 years at the Directorate General for International Economic Relations (2019-2021) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Athens.
